Place an order:
  • To place an order on our website, simply:
    • Browse our Internet site, choose the items you want, then add them to your cart
    • Confirm your shopping cart
    • If you are already a customer, simply log in with your email address and your password
    • If you are not yet a customer, click on "create an account"
    • Choose your delivery method
    • Choose your method of payment
    • Agree to the terms and conditions
    • Proceed to payment
  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an order shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order in your account, in the section "my orders".
Canceling an order
  • To cancel an order, please fill in the contact form.
  • Once the order has been paid, no change or cancellation is possible
My shopping cart
  • Add an item to my cart. To add an article to your cart, go to the page of the product you want and click 'add to cart '.
  • Confirm my shopping cart. To view and order the products in your cart click on "My cart" in the top right of the homepage.
  • o Remove items from my cart. To remove an item, click on the cross to the right of each product line.

  • Use a privilege code. To use a privilege code, simply type the code in the dedicated space located in your shopping cart. Claims for an item bought in store

For any complaints regarding an item bought in store, we invite you to go directly to the purchase outlet with your proof of purchase. The store manager will offer you an appropriate solution.

Times and methods of delivery
  • Packages are shipped in standard mode by Colissimo with tracking. Estimated delivery times for metropolitan France are between 48 and 72 h and 5 to 14 business days for international shipping depending on the destination.
  • As soon as your package is in the mail, you can track it at any time on the website, using the tracking number available on your online account.
Change of delivery address

We offer you the possibility of creating multiple addresses for delivery on your account. When you place your order, you can select the address of your choice. However, once the order has been paid, you cannot change the shipping address for this order.

Sign up for the Newsletter

To sign up for the newsletter, type in your email address in the dedicated space at the bottom left of the home page. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, please send an email by filling out the contact form

Your password
  • Your password is necessary in order to log in to your account, for placing and tracking your orders. If you don't remember your password, click 'forgot password' in the login window. We will send you an email with a new password. You can later change it in your personal space by clicking on "Password".
Method of payment
  • You may pay for your order on our site using a credit card, a bank transfer, checks (only for France) and Paypal.
  • The Alexandre de Paris e-shop does not allow payment in installments.
Prices of items
  • The prices indicated in our e-shop are identical to the prices in our stores. There is no added charge. Customers pay shipping costs for any order under €150.
  • For any additional questions, we invite you to contact us by filling out our contact form.
  • Once your order has been paid, it is no longer possible to change or cancel your order.
Procedure for returning an item
  • You have 14 days to return an item. You will have to pay for shipping costs. You have received an item with a quality defect

It may happen that, notwithstanding the careful attention we bring to the quality of our products, the item you receive is defective. You have received an item different from what you ordered

It may happen that, notwithstanding the careful attention with which we prepare your orders, an item you received is not the item you ordered. We will cover the return costs.

If I return an item, when will I be refunded?

After we receive and accept your return, the average time for a refund is between 48 hours and 7 days. The refund will be made via the payment method used to pay for your order or by creating a privilege code if you wish. If you return your entire order, the shipping costs billed to you will also be refunded.

Reserving a product

You will find the key features of the items presented in our e-store in the product information sections. Please note that images, photos and colors of the items may not match the actual colors due to the effect of the browser and the monitor.

Keeping your products in good condition

We recommend that you do not apply any styling products on your accessories in order not to alter their quality. To clean your items made of acetate, you can use a slightly damp cloth. If the product contains leather parts, please refer to a professional specializing in leather articles.

Product warranty

Alexandre de Paris products are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. In case of product breakage, you can send it along with your invoice or proof of purchase to the following address: Bailly Creations Attn/Marie Rosa 19 rue François Rochaix 01100 Arbent France Upon receiving your item, we will fix it if possible or exchange it within a month. We also repair products that have been purchased more than a year earlier. For repairs, please send a check for € 15 made out to Bailly Creations.
